Mothers Day at the Club

Mothers Day at the Club this year was a great event ! Chef Greg and his staff put out a lavish buffet ; 2 soups, Omelet station ,2 carving stations , raw bar , bananas foster station, Viennese table and much more . And we had a great turn out around 260 guests in 4 hours. Mothers Day is moms special day, a day when moms get the royal treatment. But in South Florida it also has another meaning , the official end of our season. South Florida slows down. Some people leave for the summer, and less people vacation here . As a “food service lifer” I’m looking forward to some time off ..
