I was carving turkey today for our Palmer Trinity Golf tournament and I overheard some nice comments about our Garden. Yes, we are in the peak of the season. Last week I started harvesting our multi-colored carrots and super sweet sun-gold tomatoes. Right now all of the arugula, radishes, mint, flowers, bok choy, mustard greens, fennel and napa cabbage served in the Club are from our garden.
